What you’re looking at is Batch 1 of our Imperial Handlebar Hard Cider beginning its fermentation in Breckenridge Bourbon Barrels. Let the experimentation begin! After they’re done fermenting, the aging will begin. A first use bourbon barrel treatment for our double Handlebar Hard Cider. Many many many many many many many months from now it’ll be ready – clocking in at at least 10.5% abv and having magical whiskey, vanilla & caramel notes added from the barrels. If the smell of the barrels was a clue, we’re all in for a very special treat.
