Four months ago we put our Imperial Handlebar Hard Cider in Breckenridge Bourbon barrels to ferment. I finally opened one a few days ago and all I can say is, “Wow!” It’s time for YOU to try it the results — apples, bourbon, caramel, vanilla, oak, sweet, heat, oh my! We’ll be serving it Cask-style — unfiltered, un-carbonated and un-chilled, straight from the barrel to a little serving tank to your glass.
