***UPDATE – It’s all gone, sorry!*** I’m excited to announce The Old Mine’s first small batch collaboration brew, and it’s only fitting that it was with Chris from Front Range Brewing in Lafayette. Chris has been instrumental in helping me learn the commercial beer brewing process and adapt it to cider.
For this collaboration, we combined the world of beer and the world of cider to create something new — Cinnamon Apple ESB. It’s Chris’ English Special Bitter and my Handlebar Hard Cider brewed together with fresh Saigon Cinnamon. There are only five gallons of this delicious BeerCider so come on down and raise a glass.
