IMPERIAL TART BARREL VARIATIONS ON TAP NOW:
***The variants are all gone but some of the Barrel Aged Bombers below are still available!** Many months ago, we made a 9% ABV tart cider we called Imperial Tart. Well, we decided to give it a little time in some barrels. Half went into a freshly emptied Cana barrel (Imperial Hard Cider aged in a red wine barrel for six months) and the other half went into a freshly emptied Death By Bourbon barrel (Imperial Hard Cider fermented and aged in a Breckenridge bourbon barrel for 16 months). Then, we added a bit of cherries to the red wine barrel and apricots to the bourbon one making them both delicately delicious.
BARREL AGED BOMBER RELEASE:
On Saturday, September 26th, we released just a few bottles of insanity! Less than 90 numbered bombers (!) each of our big, barrel-aged Imperial Handlebar beauties: CANA (red wine barrel-aged for six months), SIDRA (extra anejo tequila barrel-aged for two months) and DEATH BY BOURBON (Breckenridge bourbon barrel-aged for sixteen months).
